Music in the Vineyard: Darryl Clark

Darryl Clark is local to the area (Arcadia / North Davidson) and his initial inspiration to play music was the Beatles on the Ed Sullivan show at a very young age. Later the singer songwriter thing came along with the likes of Jimmy Buffett, John Denver, The  Eagles, and in more recent years, Garth Brooks, Clint Black, and others. These days Clark is a happily retired pilot and the whole music thing is still happening. Clark has been fortunate enough through years to be on stages, in bars, restaurants, private and corporate events from Fla., NC, SC, Va, and Md. 

Clark plays as local venues with an acoustic guitar and a small sound system and plays tunes from all the aforementioned artists and more. Like the title of one Jimmy Buffett song, “I’m Growing Older But Not Up”,  pretty much sums it up for Clark.
