Come Salute! this Saturday in Winston-Salem

5/15/2010- We'll be at the fifth annual Salute Festival in Winston-Salem on May 22nd.

The North Carolina Food & Wine University is featuring five courses created by top-flight chefs, and we are featured with Chef Monica from 6th & Vine Wine Bar and Restaurant. Come see her prepare seared duck breast with an arugula salad dressed with a dry fig vinaigrette, and check out what we've chosen to pair with it.
